SEOUL — CJ OnStyle, the fashion culture and online commerce division of South Korea’s entertainment and media giant CJ ENM, will showcase winter seasonal items through a live commerce fashion show. The online fashionShopping showCJ OnStyle’s mobile application and Naver’s live streaming services will have them available.

Live commerce allows you to shop online from your home using mobile shopping platforms and social media. Video chatrooms allow for two-way communication and can be used to answer questions about the product. As a result of the increasing demand for virtual shopping promotions, department stores and cosmetics firms are now offering live commerce services.

CJ OnStyle announced in a statement dated October 1, that it will feature 86 winter items from 13 manufacturers, including products from fashionBrands such as “The AtG”And “Brooks Brothers”Live commerce format. Han Hyunmin, the first South Korean model to be of Nigerian descent and Go Eunah, actress will interact with viewers in real time during shopping shows.

According to data released by Kyobo Securities, the domestic live commerce market is expected to grow to 10 trillion won by 2023. It currently stands at 2.8 trillion won (2.3 million). MZ generations are the main consumers of the live commerce services, while middle-aged TV viewers still watch TV home shopping channels.
