The North Face presents the new ICONS collection for spring summer 2021, dedicated to athletes and to all those who every day choose to test themselves to overcome their limits. A few months after the unforgettable and hyper-desired collaboration made with Gucci, the VF Corporation brand reinvents two of its most representative items, ideal for facing ever new challenges of the outdoors, but also of everyday life.
Inspired by the great outdoors, the iconic Himalayan Parka and the classic Base Camp bag appear in the new collection of the US brand in two new color variations: lavender for the womenswear and fantasy with forest print for the respective men’s version. Each garment is emblematic of the spirit of exploration that has always resided in The North Face soul, while offering maximum practicality and protection thanks to dynamic silhouettes and highly technological fabrics.
The outerwear symbol of expeditions to conquer the 8,000 meters of the mountain system that includes the highest peaks in the world, is made of goose down with 500-fill padding and reinterpreted in ripstop nylon with windblocking technology. The Base Camp bag, on the other hand, is refined and reinvented with practical pockets for water-repellent garments, solid padded handles and comfortable adjustable shoulder straps.
Also participating in the expedition of the ICONS collection and paying homage to the identity values of the world leader brand in the outdoor sector are the Fisherman cap, the Classic Tech Ball cap and the Bozer Hip Pack. Practical and timeless, the accessories they are characterized by the wild allure and attention to environmental issues, which have distinguished The North Face products since their foundation.
ICONS is available on the brand’s official website and in all selected stores.
