The New Yorker wears black, but on trouser suit there is no lack of sequin embroidery; wears a evening dress with tulle skirt rose with the same ease of a sporty Central Park racing look, and covered in rainbow sequins to celebrate every form of love, from that for one’s neighbor to that for oneself, from that for a sunny day to that for life. And it is love that is amplified in a collection that is riot of hearts: embroidered, printed, embossed on the bags, set with crystals on the earrings – the heart is the fulcrum of love just as New York is the nerve center of Carolina Herrera creativity.
