The outfit, made in miniature with all the details, debuts on the Instagram channel @BarbieStyle, with its 2.2 million followers, and on the Alessandro Enriquez channel @alessandroenriquez_official, and exclusively anticipates the emerging designer’s collection – inspired by the theme “La Festa” – before his show / exhibition to be held on February 24th in Via Marcona, 3, in Milan from 10:00 to 18:00.
“My collections have as their central theme the love that for each season I decline in a different way” says an enthusiastic Alessandro Enriquez. “With the Barbie look I decided to celebrate this sentiment with a colorful and vitamin outfit typical of the brand’s graphics. I decided to build a styling with the garments of the collection by mixing the most iconic designs, stars and hearts, with the ‘beautiful’ lettering, embroidered on mohair. Dressing up Barbie has always been a dream of mine, a gigantic dream that I realized with such enthusiasm as if Barbie was one of my friends, ready to return to celebrate. I’ve always loved Barbie and I think she loves me a little bit now, after this outfit ”.
