The approach of Emeric Tchatchoua it is always linked to a continuous tension between contrasting values ​​to underline the essential relationship. In this case, the exhortation to unity occurs through the contrast between independence and connection: it is indeed crucial not to be influenced from the outside while always remaining centered on the self, but, at the same time, it becomes essential to connect to others and do it in the right measure, without undermining one’s autonomy. It is a continuous game of balances that, especially in one situation like the one we have been experiencing for a year now, it takes on a crucial role by positioning itself at the top of the priority scale.

In the campaign for winter 2020, shot by Rashidi Noah, each scene becomes the symbol and expression of the concept of unity, through hugs, hands resting on the shoulders, groups that come together to face external hostilities. This is how protection, brotherhood, support are represented. Even the garments in the collection recall these messages by means of hand-painted doves on jackets, trousers and dresses, but also duvets. Among the protagonists of the campaign also the suits in striped velvet with cargo pants and blouson, and overcoats with a tie-dye effect which are then completed by beanie-scarves, a functional mix between a cap and a long scarf with logo in check print.
