Michael Williams, Texas Railroad Commissioner, donates his personal time to be the Narrator / Storyteller to entertain children. He is the immediate past Honorary State Chairman of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Texas.  He also narrates stories for children of all ages, including the visually impaired and those with special needs.  His narrations have been featured on the Chicago Lighthouse for the Blind

Philip Fell donates the talents of the web design team at Host-Central.Net. Founded in 1998, Host Central.Net has created, designed, maintained and hosted effective high performance websites for hundreds of  U.S. and international customers. Philip's background includes extensive business throughout Europe, Africa, Pacific Rim, the Middle East and Central America providing insight into a broad spectrum of international business.

  Suzi Grad, Gelcom Productions, Inc., is composer and vocalist  of the Furello theme song "Furello lights the night", along with others she has written for the Furello series.
Her music catalog includes songs co-written with several Grammy Award winners. Suzi is also a jingle producer and voice over artist.
Roger Frizzell

Roger Frizzell, Vice President of Corporate Communications & Advertising at American Airlines, is a long-time friend and supporter of Wildflower USA. For more than a decade, he has provided strategic guidance and resources to assist Wildflower in a variety of ways.


Terry Mitchell is the animator for "Furello Lights the Night".  Terry is an energy consultant by profession, but enjoys the artistic challenges of composing computer animations in his spare time.  His award winning children's animation, "Little Frogs" is featured on this web site, as is the musical soundtrack by award winning Canadian musician Keri Lattimer of the band "Nathan".  "Little Frogs", written by Terry's brother, Allen, is an entertaining lesson teaching the virtues of cultural diversity as told through the adventures of little frogs on a journey of discovery and meeting new friends.

Bill Jurek

Bill Jurek is a longtime Chicago radio and television personality.  Over the 40 years of his career Bill has been heard on some of the city’s most listened to and watched stations.
After losing his vision in the mid 90’s Bill has dedicated much time to causes to help the blind and visually impaired.  He has served on the graduate council of Guiding Eyes, a dog guide school in Yorktown Hts., N.Y., and has been on the boards of directors of CRIS Radio, a radio reading service and Friedman Place, a residential community for the visually impaired.  
Bill has also helped to write the dog guide course for Hadley School, was instrumental in educating taxi and limo drivers in the acceptance of service animals, lives in Chicago with his black Labrador guide dog Abner and is currently working as a consultant to the Chicago Lighthouse and CRIS Radio.

  Charles Chen is the creator of the Fire Vox and CLiCk, Speak extensions for Firefox. These programs transform Firefox into a talking browser that will read out the Furello web pages to our website visitors.
Gary Anderson

Grammy award winning composer, arranger and musician Gary Anderson is thrilled to be a part of the journey of Furello.  Gary's music is heard globally in virtually every media known and probably some yet to be discovered. Please visit Gary at and for more information and the latest sights and sounds.

Reg Rowe

Reg Rowe, an award-winning newspaper columnist and public relations executive, has made numerous contributions to the Wildflower portfolio including the original Furello screenplay, the Furello sequel screenplay (Furello Journeys) and third screenplay in the trilogy (Furello Discovers). He has also written lyrics for the Furello trilogy and edited several Harriett Fabrick short stories and poems.


Jack Trammell, president and founder of VNR1 Communications, in Arlington, TX for his long friendship and willingness to lend his time and talent to assist Wildflower USA in a variety of endeavors over the years.

Gina Grad

Gina Grad is the Producer, News Anchor and Guest Co-host for "The Tim Conway Jr. Show", a top rated radio talk show on KLSX 97.1FM Talk in Los Angeles.
Gina voices many animated series, video games, and commercials, as well as doing celebrity impersonations for Premier Radio Networks and various radio stations nationwide.

Bernard Pierre
  Bernard Pierre is an accomplished pianist, teacher, vocalist, composer, music clinician, band instructor and entertainer who has been playing and performing for the past 20 years. Some of his most memorable performances have been accompanying recording stars, Ben Vereen, Hubert Laws and HBUC Allstar Jazz Band to name a few. Bernard is pleased to share his musical talents with the Furello project.
Dave Schy

David Schy is the master chef behind the recipes contained in the third of the Furello trilogy, Hencha’s Son.
Since graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, David has run kitchens in Chicago, Los Angeles, Vail, Cancun and Santa Barbara, CA. He has just launched a new website ( that contains a collection of original recipes using fresh, simple, healthy whole food ingredients.

Randy Wang

Randy Wang is the voice of Roger and Reg in ithe Furello animation.
He grew up in the suburban community of Valencia, California and quickly discovered his true passion, talk radio.
Since discovering this, Randy has taken over as executive producer of "The Tim Conway Jr. Show" on 97.1 FM Talk in Los Angeles, while still working mornings on "The Adam Carolla Show".
Randy is a self proclaimed voice impressionist and is currently developing a radio act as "Mr. Fast Food", a true expert on all things fast food.

Steve Grad

Steve Grad is a well-known and industry-honored sports reporter for KNX Radio 1070 in Los Angeles. He has won 18 Golden Mike Awards since joining KNX in 1993. In addition, he has won 12 APTRA Awards and nine L.A. Press Club Awards, including the 2002 “Journalist of the Year.”  Steve has done play-by-play for Major League Baseball, the NBA, NHL, NFL, USFL, WFL, and NCAA football and basketball, and covered the 1998 Winter Olympics for CBS Radio.
